Message to my soul

I have lost you my soul,

in the clouds of my thoughts,

high in the sky of my mind

and deep in the pool of my heart.

I was flying to high and swimming too deep,

I was trying too hard and failing too soon,

I was running too fast having no breath.

And holding too much,I was shouting for break.

New journey

Every time I step on the mat is a new journey.

Every time is a pure love between the breath and the body,

the mind and the soul,

moving together into the unknown,

Never expecting to happen,

but having it all.

And every time I leave different and more richer.

And I thought to my self if just for moment we stop looking and really try seeing the faces without the make up of the nationality, colour, age, social status, sex. To take all this layers off, like a curtains in front of your eyes, heavy and preprogrammed with information. When we pull the curtains back, we let the light to come naturally, then we could see nothing, but the same, where you are me, I am ...

What is yoga for me? Sounds like a simple question, on which you think you can answer right away. However it seems the answer it's like the yoga it's self- a journey. Starting on the yoga mat, unknown, different and challenging, but somehow magical. And you are already in and can't wait for the next class to come. How you can possibly skip the way your body feels on its place, " like a good oiled machine". Calmness, joy and peace expanding within you.
