What is yoga for me?

What is yoga for me? Sounds like a simple question, on which you think you can answer right away. However it seems the answer it's like the yoga it's self- a journey. Starting on the yoga mat, unknown, different and challenging, but somehow magical. And you are already in and can't wait for the next class to come. How you can possibly skip the way your body feels on its place, " like a good oiled machine". Calmness, joy and peace expanding within you.

 

Even the way you walk it feels different. And you become addicted to yoga. You want to share it with everyone. You bring your family and friends to class. Moreover your mind is shifting to higher and more positive degree, and you are shining and spreading it around you. Just like magic. And as the magic takes you, you want to go deeper into yoga. The deeper you go, you see you have still so much to learn and achieve. And somewhere on that point yoga transforms from a hobby and passion to your profession. You want to spread the word for yoga, you want to bring it to as many as possible people and transform their life's for better.

 

And the journey becomes even more interesting, challenging and magical. A new book of knowledge opens it pages for you. You breath it with each sell of your body. Every other book or philosophy come to its place, every truth one had discovered. You come to the very source of all religions. And that is yoga for me - the Mother of all truths.
