Once not a long time ago I was sitting in a bus looking around all the people in it. And I thought to my self if just for moment we stop looking and really try seeing the faces without the make up of the nationality,colour, age, social status, sex. To take all this layers off, like a curtains in front of your eyes, heavy and preprogrammed with information. When we pull the curtains back, we let the light to come naturally, then we could see nothing, but the same, where you are me, I am you and we are all one, we are all the same. And then there is no separation any more,there is no suffering from the Monkey chatter, but only pure love when you connect with the alike.

Even though it could be too abstract for some of you, if we all live a little bit more like this every day it will have such impact on our lives, improving our relationship in every area. And is scientifically proven that the quality of our relationships and communication with other people is one of the top areas influencing our lives. Practising non separation could be incorporate it a little bit over time. Starting with baby steps, the easiest way will be with your love ones, or the circle of people to you. Why not start now then?
