Are you taking your yoga practise off the mat? Do you try to eat and finish that email or check what you had missed on FB? We all have been there, finding excuse in how busy we are. Alright let's put it this way -eating is essential part of our lives and well deserve this precious 20-30 min from our time. Putting aside phones, computers and books, where we could really indulge in every bite we are taking, chewing slowly and repeatedly only then we could actually taste the food. And the more we taste the food the more pleasure we feel. Take your yoga practise off the mat and start eating mindfully. No excuses any more.
