About
Yoga Therapy for the Mind — 8-Week Course for Stress, Anxiety & Depression Summer is for fun. Autumn is for you. As the season turns and life settles back into rhythm, this is the moment to invest in your own wellbeing. This is an 8-week, evidence-based course for people living with stress, anxiety or low mood. It was created by Heather Mason of The Minded Institute and I'm certified to deliver it. Over eight weeks you'll learn practical, lasting tools to calm your nervous system and take your mental wellbeing back into your own hands. WHAT THE COURSE OFFERS: Acceptance: A warm, judgement-free space where you're welcome exactly as you are. Community: A small, supportive group — a reminder that you're not alone in this. Awareness: Mindfulness practices that help you see the patterns beneath anxiety and low mood. Regulation: Yogic techniques to settle your nervous system and find calm more quickly. Empowerment: Skills you keep for life, so you can support your own mental health long after the course ends. PRACTICAL DETAILS: • Starts: Tuesday 22 September 2025 • 8 weekly sessions, Tuesdays 11:00–13:00 (UK time) • Online, live (via Zoom) • Small group — maximum 10 people • £250 for the full 8 weeks • Concessions available on request, case by case WHO IT'S FOR: This course is for you if you're living with anxiety, stress or mild-to-moderate low mood and want practical, evidence-based tools. Because of the sensitive nature of the work, every place involves a short, friendly phone conversation with me first, so we can make sure the course is the right fit for you. This isn't a test — it's how I keep the group safe and supportive for everyone. HOW TO JOIN: Places are limited to 10 and are offered following a short application and a phone chat. To apply: 1. Book an application call with me: https://www.nadiayoga.uk/booking-calendar/application-call 2. I'll be in touch to arrange a brief, friendly phone call. 3. If the course is right for you, I'll send the booking form
