We live in a fast paced world where the value of personal and collective Wellbeing has been recognized. There are thousand of studies supporting the effects of Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness classes. This said, me Nadezhda and my team from Nadiayoga are proud to be part of the helpers, facilitators for people’s wellbeing.We run sessions on site for companies, organizations, universities and community groups in London.

Corporate yoga is already popular offering in the business world. Companies invest in their people’s health, happiness and wellbeing, understanding that the work environment is one of the leading source of stress. And the human resource is the most valuable capital of every organization.

Guided meditation


Give yourself a real break. Relax your mind body and enjoy a guided visualization for a quick get-away. In your office clothes you will find yourself on the beach, mountain, valley and come back new person.

The guided meditations At work could be one off or on going weekly sessions. The ideal time from our experience is a lunch time as this break up the day and people come back completely refreshed and rejuvenated  for the afternoon.

Desk Yoga


I am very passionate about Desk yoga as is so easy to be done, you don’t need a yoga mat or yoga gear to think about ( very often forget) and is done on your chair( sometimes around your chair). And if that is not enough all the modified yoga poses could be done any time during the day. This said if you book on going weekly Desk yoga sessions we will provide you of individual copy each week for one yoga pose you can do at your desk. In this way gradually a positive habit is created. Practicing these poses and sequences at your desk will minimize your discomfort throughout the day, making it easier for you to focus on work.

Yoga classes


Nadiayoga aim is to greatly increase companies’ corporate health and wellbeing by helping your employees to manage stress levels, to improve concentration and focus. In addition, due to the prolong sitting, back, neck and shoulders problems will noticeably decrease or disappear. All resulting in more happy and healthy employees and less sick days off.

You don't have to travel, we will come  to you.   We are combining Asana(yoga poses), Pranayama( breathing exercises), Meditation and Relaxation techniques for best results. Either beginner or advanced, everyone will benefit from our classes.

A warm, friendly & knowledgable teacher!

Nadia is an excellent teacher! She is a warm and friendly person and makes everyone feel at ease - no matter what level you are. Her teaching style(we did Vinyasa) is fairly relaxed and she tried to make it fun, while explaining the moves - both the physical and spiritual aspects. Nadia's style is suitable for all levels and she will spend 1-on-1 time with pupils to help ensure they are in the right position. I highly recommend Nadia as a teacher.

One-to-one or small group yoga lessons at your home or workplace. These personalised classes cover all levels from yoga, from the more dynamic and flowing to the more static  and restorative practise together with pre and Postnatal yoga.

Either you are beginner, advanced student, or you want to indulge only in pranayama, meditation, relaxation you will benefit from the private yoga session.

You are the creator

Tell the teacher (me) what are your goals and so we could work on specific aspect/aspects.

Convenience

Schedule the class at your preferred time, so it will fit around your other commitments

Time saver

As busy as life is in London, you could basically finish the business call/ fold the laundry, put the kids to bed and in 5 min to start your class.

Small group classes

Practise with your partner or friends of the comfort of your home. The small group classes are perfect way to share your practise with your love ones and spend more quality time together. As busy as London is very often we don't have enough time to spend with our friends. Choosing to share your practise with your friends will help you to socialise while exercise your mind and body.
The size of the class shouldn't exceed more than 5 people.
